Maya Road Canvas + Me

Happy friday peeps!  I thought I would share today my canvas I created for the Maya Road booth.  It's not something I would normally do, but I really loved how it turned out!  I am also in this kind of vintage/shabby stage at the moment.  It's out of the norm of my bright and bold colors.  I can't wait to get it back and hang it up in my craft room.

A fun tip when misting.  I used water with a touch of maya mist to make the color more washed out and light.  I also misted the ribbon flower to tone down the bright mint color.

This layout is made using mostly My Minds Eye Lime Twist, yum!  For this week I used Pink Paislee's Daily Junque and how fitting it launched just in time for CHA!

Pink Paislee + Glue Arts

More American Crafts- Margarita

Birdhouse on a Stick- American Crafts

Good Monday everyone! Doesn't that title make you wanna say Jose Jalapeno on a stick? me too! HA :)  So as you know I have been infatuated with my Silhouette as of late.  I made this birdhouse right after the birdcages and it just didn't seem to be enough just on it's own.  I decided to attach it to a Maya Road bottle cap then place it on top of a stick and some spools quite like my Pink Paislee project. The paper line is Peachy Keen by American Crafts with a dash of Hello Sunshine.  Enjoy!

Two Peas & Me!

Good morning gang, I hope you had a fabulous weekend! We spent it catching up on sleep, house work and just hanging out.  I took zero pictures of our events....soooo when I complain I have nothing new to scrap it's my own fault right?  So on to the big news.  Yesterday this came across the screen at Two Peas in a Bucket....

I've been a wreck about this since I was asked to come aboard! Seriously thought I was gonna puke :) or barf as Leslie Ashe would say.  I am very excited to be there!  My first "seed" went up yesterday and inspired by the date the news was launching I did a patriotic mini.  You can see the full details by clicking the link below.  Have a good day!

American Crafts Friday

It's July folks!  I hope everyone has a safe and fun 4th this weekend.  I have big news to share on Monday so please come back won't you?  Until then I have a fun mini to share today from American Crafts.  I used the Peachy Keen collection on this one.  I am diggin blue, grey and peach lately.  I used ZING! powder to finish off the edges of this scalloped mini by Maya Road.  The girls may kill me for the photos, oh well! HA :)
