I've done this for several years now, so I pulled together my favorite projects of 2013. I hope you enjoyed them as much I did!

Just a quick post today. I am in Christmas aftermath and CHA chaos! It's been rather hectic. I was up on the Bella blog this week with a not so holiday layout! I am ready for bright spring colors ;)
Well sadly this is my last officially DT project for Elle's Studio! 6 months flew by and with pleasure honestly. Elle is fantastic and I have always enjoyed her products. I look forward to seeing her new releases and exciting stuff for 2014. So speaking of 2014! Elle came out with the 2014 paper set this past CHA. It is perfect for monthly layouts, project life and the like. A dear friend of mine who isn't a scrapbooker is pregnant with her 2nd son and is due in February. So I decided to put together a quick album for her and her sons!
I used a Simple stores book and I divided up into months using the 2014 collection. I trimmed everything down ahead of time so all she has to do is slip in her photos and dress it up a bit if she wants and she is done!
We have been checking off a long list of things to do with Parker this Christmas. We did GOOD with this adventure. I knew Parker would love going to the B & O Railroad Museum, I just didn't realized HOW MUCH she would love it. First off if you are in the area and have kids that love Thomas or trains etc I highly recommend it. It's not that expensive and you can do the mile train ride. Which was the highlight of her day I think. Santa surely was NOT.
The building itself if smaller then I expected it to be. They have lots of engines and stuff crammed in. There is also a section built in for kids so they can drive the train see the insides and stuff. They also have a play area with lots of train tables and stuff. We sat for an hour while she played with them.
They had lots of train sets up and she sat watching them for a long time. Seriously over the moon.
The carousel is ALWAYS a big hit.
The train ride itself was super fun. It's only a mile and they had Santa & Mrs Clause coming through saying hi, photos and lollipops.
This was her face when she saw Santa. She screamed in delight. We were so excited! Then as soon as we said do you want to have a photo with Santa she flipped out. No Photo. No Photo.
And this was all I got. She was not having it. She gave him stink eye and clung to her sister for dear life. At least she isn't crying I guess. We finished off the day and she passed out in the car. Fabulous time!
A quick post to share a layout I made using Pink Paislee's Hey Kid. This line is totally fun. Super cute for my crazy kid. It's not often I get to make things just for fun anymore. I love how it came together.
You can pick up the Hey Kid line HERE at Paper Issues. Use my code SAYCHEZ or anyone of the ladies codes for that matter and save 20% off your whole order.
It's rare that I scrap a boy page! I love to I just never have many photos. So I snapped some of my man Conor. I love how it turned out. Green & Navy is a favorite combo of mine. I made this layout for Elle's Studio with the Noel collection, December Kit and the Wood Veneers.
I was up on the Bella Blvd blog yesterday for gift giving! If you have read my blog for awhile now I usually do gifts for my Moms (3) for Mothers Day and Christmas. So this year they are getting printers trays! I won't share which Mom's this is! Anyhow........printers trays are one of my favorite things to make. I'll share some more below. For this one I used Christmas Countdown. I always love Bella's Holiday lines and this one is no exception.
So I dug up a couple more printers trays. Also I will be sharing the other two later on. For up close shots and products I used you can check out all of these on my Two Peas profile HERE.
