Sweet Summer + Elle's Studio

as promised this is mini number 2 of 4.  You saw number 3 yesterday ;)  I made this mini using the Serendipity collection by Elle and a Maya Road beach pail coaster album. 

in it I put my favorite photos from my phone.  I use the Aviary photo editing app for Android.  By far my favorite.  It's the closest thing to the PicTapGo app for iPhone I can find. 

A couple other items I used was Lawn Fawns twine, Heidi Swapp Polaroid frames, Little Yellow Bicycles Naturals, Heidi Swapp color shines, Dear Lizzy thickers and Dear Lizzy tags.  Enjoy!

 

 

Paper Issues + Becky Higgins Project Life BLOG HOP!

Hello Hello Happy Sunday!  It's a new issue today with Paper Issues and Becky Higgins was kind enough to send us the Kraft Collection of Project Life to play with.  You should be arriving from Evelin's blog and be sure to stop by Paper Issues to start at the beginning if not!

I have lots of left over cards from collections and I thought a fun idea would be to use them in a mini album.  So I pulled out this 3 ring binder by Maya Road and got to work with 4x6 and 3x4 cards. 

I used wood veneer accents by Studio Calico to mix in with vellum and wood papers by American Crafts and Creative Imaginations.

These Two + October Afternoon

Well I am continuing the use it or lose it trend here.  I have had Midway for quite awhile and I used it again today.  This past weekend we took the girls to Clark's Farm.  Isn't this the best pic?

This is Parker and her cousin Hailey.  They are just too darn fun together.

If we are friends on Facebook I uploaded some photos there of the adventure.  If you are in Maryland I highly recommend Clark's Farm in Ellicot City.  Its where the old Enchanted Forrest once was.  Its great fun for the little kids!

 

Laffey - Party of 2 + Little Yellow Bicycle's Naturals

Well as promised this is mini album number 4 of 4.  Mini 2 and 3 will debut next weekend.  I had to go ahead and share this one because I just love how it came together.  My sister is getting married next May and they just had some engagement photos taken.  Well of course I had to make something asap!  She clearly was thinking the same because she told me prints were mailed out and on the way LOL.  

So the details.  The burlap album is LYB, the paper line is Studio Calico's Take Note line, the wood doily is Maya Road and the canvas/burlap pieces are LYB.  Most of the embellishments inside are the LYB Naturals line.  I used Heidi Swaps color shine in Mustard and Prime rose to alter the pieces.
