Bubbles + Elle's Studio & Paper Issues

Happy Monday!  Paper Issues has changed things up this issue and decided to go with Mondays instead of Sundays.  Well I say YES please. A great way to start the week.  The new issue is Endless Summer.  You can link up anything summer, back to school, everyday and the like.  Most of us are trying to suck every last drop out of summer!  So I have this project using Elle's Studio Cameron line.  Its my last project this month for Elle's to share.
