Hey folks, back again with another Tilly Top. I seriously can't help myself. Considering its going to be in the 90's for the next few weeks I don't care! This Tilly I modified and made a full closed back with buttons. I also added a ruffle to the front to cover a boo boo I made! It's like the scrap booking equivalent to a sticker. ha.
