Make it Monday - Halloween style with Doodlebug & HeatNBond

Yano what's awesome? Scrapbook companies who make fabric!  Doodlebug has fabric made by Riley Blake (like Bella Blvd & Fancy Pants)  So I snatched up the Halloween Parade fabric and used my trusty Silhouette Cameo and some HeatNBond to make Parker a Halloween dress.  The leggings came from Bethany Lane

Her Pop Pop and Mom Mom sent her these cute Halloween dolls, so she was a tad distracted.  She insisted they be in the photos too!

The pattern I used is the Blondie by Brownie Goose.  I cut out the cat and bats using HeatNBond in my Cameo.  Video HERE on how you do that.  Then I zig zagged around the edges to keep them put.  I used some sweet little candy corn button my friend Cassie sent me.  I just love how it came together.  I ended up cutting the eyes out of the bats all together (picture below)

A little tip for this.  Once I cut out the eyes the stitching is black but the fabric base is white so you could see the threads.  I got out a sharpie and colored those bad boys! ;)
